As Kris Wheaton and his team are in the process of sending out physical Cthulhu vs. The Vikings sets out to their Kickstarter customers, the game has also appeared in electronic form: as an app for Android devices.

Cthulhu vs. The Vikings (CVTV) was released last year as a successful kickstarter project. Based on the game of hnefatafl, CVTV uses the Fetlar hnefatafl rules, with 3D-printed pieces on a cloth board, and was made available with an optional accompanying comic book to set the story for the Vikings.

Last week the on-line version was released for Android systems. It's compatible with a wide range of devices, going back to Android 2.1. The game is not free, but costs a modest $1.99 (£1.18 here in the UK). It is available from Google play at http://bit.ly/1jkZHLY.
