Hnefatafl Discussion at Board Games Colloquium

The nineteenth Board Games Studies Colloquium is to be held this month at Nuremberg, Germany.  This year there will be a paper presented entitled From Ludus latrunculorum to Hnefatafl (and beyond), which is bound to be interesting for any fan of hnefatafl.

The Board Games Colloquia have been taking place for a number of years now.  They usually publish their papers after the event.  Some issues are available on their web site, though there are many issues missing. Hnefatafl makes occasional appearances at these events.
